We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It's a great location on the beach and close to a lot our favorite restaurants in northern OCMD. We thought the unit was very clean when we checked in and the owner communicated expectations well leading up to and throughout our stay. The property itself was well maintained and clean throughout. We spent all our time at the beach, as we weren't overly impressed by the pool. We intended to make use of the tennis/pickleball courts which also looked to be in good shape but didn't get to it.
We would rent this unit again.

Spent a week with my wife and two young children and my parents...place was great! Clean, updated, each room had its own TV. The views are awesome (direct beach view), the beach was steps away, and the beach and pool were busy but not overcrowded which was perfect. The Owner was very responsive ( we didn't have any issues but he was prompt in returning emails) and everything was as advertised. Would certainly rent again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Braemar Towers in a lovely three bedroom, two bath condo that faced the ocean and was on the beach. The living room and kitchen are open concept which made for a nice area for all of us to enjoy down time, watching television or movies, eating, and enjoying time together. The condo is very family friendly, and the building has a very nice built in pool that we enjoyed every day. We also really liked the location, as the beach was populated by families and not overcrowded. We enjoyed a nearby Waterpark and restaurants; in fact, there were lots of activities and restaurants for children and adults to enjoy together. The owners were very responsive when we had questions or needed anything.
