Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We go to Ocean City every summer and we always look for a place that we like that we would go back to. This is the first time we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it's location! The only negative we had was under the bed was extremely dusty and there was an old Propel water bottle under the couch from the previous renters. Other than that, we will be back!

We had such a great time! We loved that this room came with a vacuum. It's the small things that count! We loved the location and we will be back! Our family had so much fun!

Carousel condo 807 gave us an enjoyable stay for 3 days. The views off both balconies are great of ocean and city. Beds comfortable and good size. The condo could use some updating but was sufficient. We have stayed at Carousel many times and always enjoy the resort amenities. One elevator was out of order but wait times weren’t terrible. I would recommend this property.

Some aspects inside the unit were fairly dated/stained (ex. decor, carpet, couches, appliances) but overall it was a nice place. The bathrooms were very tiny, the main bathroom you had to move to the side of the toilet to get the door to shut. The balcony door was also hard to open and shut.
We were disappointed as the noise from the air conditioners below the unit kept you from hearing the ocean clearly while on the unit balcony.
