Our condo boasts a prime location on Ali'i Drive, brand-new LP flooring in the living room and bedroom, a comfortable Queen-size bed, shower/tub, ample closet space, full-size refrigerator, free Wi-Fi, off-street parking, BBQ facilities, washer/dryer, AC units, and a gated rare saltwater pool. For added convenience.
When you check-in, you'll find basic essentials like bar soap, toilet paper, and paper towels to get you started. For longer stays, additional supplies can be easily purchased nearby.
We kindly ask you to wash, dry, and put away all dishes used and to start a load of towels or sheets in the washer before departure. Late check-out is available upon request for an additional fee.

We wanted a relaxing vacation and got it! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed and comfortable. The location was great, close to sites and beaches. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and we appreciated that. The condo was very clean as well. Sad to leave.

Three letters, one small word: WOW!!! We live on Oahu and love to get away to the Big Island a few times each year. We have avoided Kona as we are not "resort people". This time, the prices were high everywhere, and we decided to expand our search. We are SO happy we did! This is the BEST place we have ever stayed on the entire island! The price was great, and the condo is AMAZING! Plenty of room, and no musty old furniture that we have seen in so many rentals. The lanai/screened room is perfect for relaxing, and you have everything a vacationer needs (outdoor gear, etc.), and the tv with streaming service made it easy to wind down. I am a little afraid to tell others about this place as I hope to make it our new "go to" accommodation from now on!

Good location in old building. Carpet is stained and feels dirty… the unit is hot with old air conditioning units that work well but are very very loud. No outdoor air flow as porch is concrete walled and stays hot through night. Except for carpet the unit was clean. We used it purely as a place to sleep so worked okay for us.
