101 Barrington Arms is a fully renovated villa showcasing the best of Palmetto Dunes condo rentals on Hilton Head. This elevated condo offers convenient first floor access with second story ocean views. Relax in this quiet end unit featuring landscaped gardens, pool view and ocean scenery. Perfect for mature adults and young families alike!
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property includes updated bathrooms and 18” x 18” tile flooring throughout the open kitchen, living room and dining room. The kitchen also offers new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, silestone countertops and a laundry area. A breakfast bar with 2 bar stools opens the kitchen into the dining and living areas.
The spacious living area has plenty of seating and a separate dining area with a table that seats 6. There is a 40” flat screen TV as well as sliding doors that lead to the balcony.
The master bedroom suite with a king bed also has access to the balcony. There is a vanity/desk area, a 31 inch flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a newly remodeled walk-in shower. The second bedroom, located on the other side of the living room, has two double beds and a bathroom with a newly remodeled standard shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom, bathroom and hallway includes a privacy door that separates it from the living room area.

Very nice condo, we liked the location and access to a very private part of beach. Would like to share the following:- the balcony was pretty dirty with bugs/leaves/pine needles, etc. You could tell it had not been swept off in a while so I swept it off real good and it looks much better. Is that supposed to be done by cleaning crew? Wanted to make you aware.

2nd time to Palmetto Dunes, this time in Condo at Barrington Arms complex. Awesome vacation and lovely property, close proximity to beach with partial ocean view. Spacious 2 bedroom condo with nicely sized covered patio. Will be back!
