The home was in great shape - clean, comfortable and truly quite nice. We were happy staying in this unit.Unfortunately, the communications prior to our stay wasn’t great. The directions regarding a parking permit for the car were not clear and created a hassle when we arrived late in the evening on the first day of our stay. Prior to booking the unit, I read in the reviews that another guest had the same parking permit troubles, and I discounted their feedback. I shouldn’t have. Future guests should know that EVERY vehicle requires a parking permit (not just the additional vehicle). Give yourself extra time to find the lockbox with the parking permits, which is at a different location on the island than where the condo is located. Secondly, if you use your phone’s navigation system to map you back to the property, it will try to take you in an entrance that has an unmanned gate. You need to follow the directions to the condo noted on the parking permit. All of this may seem simple enough, but after a long day of traveling, arriving after dark and not knowing where we’re going, it was quite maddening. When I shared this feedback with the office and suggested they be clearer in their directions for future guests, they didn’t seem so concerned about my feedback.

Condo was centrally located in Palmetto Dunes. Lovely pool and easy access to beach. Inside was beautiful only issue was dishwasher didn't clean very well so we washed by hand.It wasn't easy finding the lock box with the parking pass. Previous years we picked the passes up on the premises.

Great place. Couldn't have been cleaner. Lots of nice extras available. Plenty of charging stations, access to bikes and beach furniture. Would return here anytime.
