3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa with gorgeous lagoon views and just a 3-5-minute walk to the beach! This villa is in the heart of Palmetto Dunes. A side porch looking over the lagoon adds extra outside entertaining space as well. This villa is a wonderful home away from home at the beach.

Our team was in Hilton Head for a conference. The rental was in a very nice community with sidewalks for walking and biking. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch and deck with a view of the canal. The beach path was across the street allowing for a nice walk to the beach and the pool was a short walk in the next set of units to the right. The kitchen was well stocked and each bedroom had its own bathroom. It met all the needs for the 4 in our group. We will definitely consider this unit for future travels to Hilton Head.

Excellent communication and responsiveness from rental company. We had stayed in a different unit in Huntington previously, so knew that the location was very close to the beach and the community pool. There are aspects of the home that could be updated, some peeling paint and worn carpet, but it’s a rental home by the beach, so not unexpected. Could have used more mugs and glasses.

Master bath had some paint peeling from what looked like water damage from upstairs. Shower head needs replaced. Sprays all over the place.
