With room to sleep up to ten guests, this home is ideal for families or small groups seeking both relaxation and adventure. Just a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood’s pool complex—which includes a large pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub—you’ll also have easy access to miles of scenic bike paths, kayaking through the lagoon system, and the beachfront Dunes House bar and grill. Plus, enjoy free transportation on the Dunes Buggy, offering quick rides to Shelter Cove for waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and entertainment.
Inside, the open-concept main floor is designed for comfort and connection, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the living area with natural light and showcase the tranquil lagoon views. The gourmet kitchen opens to the living and dining space, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Step out to the screened-in porch with a ceiling fan for shaded lounging, or soak up the sun on the open deck. Check in was easy, to get parking passes you must go to the Islands Rentals of Hilton Head not the parking pass station at Palmetto Dunes. We stayed here with a total of 8 people including 2 young children and it was just amazing. We were not cramped and the common spaces were enough for all of us to enjoy time together. The rooms were beautiful and the bathrooms were nice and clean. We saw all kinds of wild life from the patio and deck. We love the well stocked kitchen with great pots, pans, knives and dinnerware. The walk to the beach was the cherry on top and the hosts provided 4 beach chairs that came in handy. We enjoyed our time and were sad to leave. We hope to come back next year or sooner and stay for a little bit longer.
