The living space and patio offer phenomenal ocean views! Take advantage of the perfect outdoor spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening!
The Barrington complex has a large community heated* pool, spa, and a beachside pavilion surrounded by landscaped grounds with meandering lagoons. A boardwalk leads from the pool deck to the gorgeous beach. Barrington Court has everything you will need for your next family vacation.
**WINDOW/DOOR AND RECOATING PROJECT scheduled for Barrington Arms Building tentatively scheduled for November 2026 until March 22nd, 2027. What to expect: Scaffolding & construction noise** (Updated 8/26/26)
** ELEVATOR REPLACMENT tentatively scheduled to begin January 2, 2027**
Project Timeline and Outage Schedule:
Fall 2026 (Preparatory Work): Initial preliminary work will begin. This work will not impact daily elevator operations.
First Week of January 2027 (Full Shutdown): The elevator will be taken completely out of service to begin the heavy upgrade work. This phase will take 4 to 6 weeks.
Mid-to-Late February 2027 (Testing): An additional 1 to 2 weeks will be dedicated to strict acceptance testing and demobilization.
Early March 2027 (Completion): We expect the fully modernized elevator to be back in service on or before the first week of March 2027.

Great unit with a lovely view of the beach. The complex was delayed on the renovation project while we were there which was disappointing. Our host did great with compensation. The complex should be in fantastic shape now that the renovation project is complete!

Condo was great and the view even better! Overall our stay was wonderful. The condo was immaculate. The reason for 4 stays is we did have issues with the showers. One was leaking into the condo next door and we were unable to use it for 2 days. The shower in the master bedroom doesn’t drain great (and the shower curtain isn’t quite wide enough). I will say, however, that the management company was very responsive and took care of the leaking shower in a timely manner. Only other “complaint” is the sliding door took some muscle to close. I debated on the 4 star rating bc everything aside from having 5 women and one shower out of commission for two days, was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again! Watching the sunrise on the balcony is a must!

The main bed was atrocious, sagging with a depressed middle and beyond uncomfortable. The couches nor chair in the living room were also not comfortable. The condo needs upgrades and modernized. Shower curtains are gross and were not even long enough for the tub. Sinks don’t drain well.
