Oceanfront Barrington Court Villa in Palmetto Dunes

Experience the ultimate beach vacation in this stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home located in Palmetto Dunes, one of Hilton Head's most popular resorts. This privately owned property, 316 Barrington Court, boasts breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from its private balcony, perfect for watching the sunrise or enjoying a romantic sunset dinner.
Upon entering this villa, guests are greeted with peeks of the ocean through the sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The kitchen, located to the right of the front door, is a chef's dream with custom cabinets, a beautiful tile backsplash, stainless appliances, and silestone countertops. The breakfast bar with two stools opens into the dining area, which has a table for six people. The living room is found just beyond that and has plenty of comfortable seating, a 42-inch flat-panel television, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The master bedroom, located just off the living area, has a king-size bed, a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub/shower, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom, located in the back of the villa, has a double bed and a twin bed. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the living area, but it can be made private by closing the pocket door. This bathroom also has a Jacuzzi tub/shower. Guests staying in 316 Barrington Court will love relaxing on the balcony after a day at the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay in Palmetto Dunes. The unit was plenty big for the 5 of us. It was so nice to have a kitchen and plenty of space for us to spread out so we could all have some space and not feel like we were on top of each other. It was a very, very easy walk to the beautiful beach and we felt that this area of the beach was not as busy as others, which was a huge plus. We also enjoyed riding bikes or walking to the general store.
This is also a convenient location to several places to eat and a grocery store.
Property manager/owner was very responsive to questions.
This was absolutely perfect for us and we cannot wait to return!

As I mentioned the villa needs updating and a good cleaning. The carpets are dirty etc. I spoke with someone from Beach Properties and gave details of the villa's condition.
