We've been visiting HHI for more than 20 years... This was a short but very enjoyable trip. 402 is a great unit. Clean pool, close to the beach, great view, close to golf... great food all over the island...Note management: the entire community and the parking lots need a fresh paving...

Great location! Palmetto Dunes is a wonderful resort with a lot of amenities. Pickleball facilities were outstanding, Dunes Buggy was convenient & the drivers were informative. Bike rental was easy. Condo could use some TLC, tub didn't drain, cabinets & fridge didn't close well, felt very cramped with all the unusable furniture, elevator was broken on the day of our check-in and we were on the 4th floor, pool was closed for 2 1/2 days with no notification or information.

The condo was not clean and furnishongs not comfortable and unattractive. Disgusting to have a throw carpet in front of a toilet that was glued to the floor. When does it get cleaned? TV not properly attached to wall and came down.
