Welcome to our beautifully remodeled villa, the perfect vacation home for families, golf groups, corporate retreats, or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. This 3BR/2.5BA villa sleeps 8 guests and is located on the first floor of a two-story villa complex in Palmetto Dunes, just steps away from the beach and the bicycle path.
As you enter the villa, you will be greeted by the main kitchen and living area. The kitchen features granite counters and all new appliances, including an induction stove and a refrigerator with an ice maker. The open living area has updated furnishings, window coverings, a 65” wall-mounted television, and a high-quality queen sleeper sofa. The dining table has seating for six and access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the lush landscaping, views of the pond, fountain, oaks, and palm trees. Down the hallway, you'll find all three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds and a jack-and-jill bathroom with double sinks, a tub, and shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares the bathroom with the first bedroom. Off the hallway, there's another half bathroom, large pantry, and a laundry area with a new stackable washer and dryer. At the end of the hall, you'll find the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a desk, a private bath featuring a double vanity, and a remodeled walk-in shower. The master suite also has access to the balcony overlooking the serene pond.
Outside the villa, you'll find a pool pavilion and the Palmetto Dunes bicycle path system, perfect for exploring the island's 50 miles of public bicycle paths and nature trails. We had the best time at Barrington Park this past week. The kitchen was fully staffed with all items needed. I had even brought items from home, but I tucked those away in the pantry. There was ample room for storage, closet and drawer space. We loved the fact we could walk out to the bikes and car without using an elevator. The weather was perfect for being on the beach and riding bikes. The condo was perfect in the location and layout!

The hosts provided beautifully decorated accommodations with recommendations for dining and activities. Everything was perfect. We had a great stay.

My family and I stayed for a week in September with our golden retriever. The condo was very convenient to the beach and well kept. My kids enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. The property is very pet friendly with easy access to take our my dog. The people were also very welcoming of pets on the property.

We rented an electric car. We would have liked to have seen charging stations on property site. It was an inconvenience to spend parts of vacation days waiting for car to be charged.
