This pet friendly, three bedroom villa sleeps up to eight guests and features a spacious covered back porch with picturesque views of the renowned George Fazio Golf Course. Thoughtfully refreshed with new flooring and stylish furnishings, this villa offers a bright, welcoming retreat just steps from the community pool and only half a mile from the beach via scenic resort trails.
Inside, the light filled, open concept living space feels bright and welcoming, with large sliding glass doors creating a seamless indoor outdoor flow. Step onto the covered patio to soak in serene golf course views, ideal for morning coffee, al fresco dining, or evening cocktails. Inside, comfortable seating around the Smart TV makes it easy to catch the game or unwind after a day at the beach, with a ceiling fan adding extra comfort throughout.
The spacious kitchen is fully stocked and ready for everything from quick breakfasts to home cooked dinners, featuring new stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, plus both a drip coffee maker and Keurig for however you take your coffee. A dining table seats six, with two more spots at the breakfast bar, keeping the group connected throughout the day.
This villa's bedrooms offer comfortable retreats for every guest. The primary suite on the second floor features a king bed, its own private covered patio with golf views, and an en-suite bath with a tub and shower combo, perfect for a quiet morning or evening away from the group. The queen room and twin room share a hallway bathroom with a tub and shower combo, giving family or friends a comfortable, easy setup. ✓ Please park in designated parking areas only. Please do not park off-site on the street, grass, or pine straw.
✓ PET POLICY: 1 dog 60lb or less, or 2 dogs where their combined weight does not exceed 100lbs is allowed. There is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300 for up to 2 dogs.
✓ The pool does not have safety equipment. All activities are at your own risk.
✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.

Had a wonderful week in 35 Fazio! Clean, quiet and perfect for 6 people. The deck was our favorite place to spend time. Only downside was the distance to the beach, however this would not stop us from renting again.

My family, including my dog, had a great time. The property was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the pool was inviting. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean property perfect for our stay, quick to answers questions and had a nice gift basket and basic cleaning supplies. There was nothing missed and would definitely stay again on our next vacation.
