Our three-bedroom, three bath, ~2,000 square foot Guest Villa has recently undergone a stunning top-to-bottom renovation, creating the perfect coastal getaway in the highly desirable Queens Grant neighborhood within Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort.
This spacious end-unit villa is filled with natural light thanks to abundant windows and sliding glass doors overlooking the scenic 11-mile lagoon system. Guests will love the oversized private deck and beautifully landscaped surroundings that create a peaceful Lowcountry setting.

Traveled with our two children -- one in college and the other a junior in high school -- and our dog. The villa was beautiful, well-appointed, and very clean and comfortable. A dog waste station was near and backyard making the entire experience very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a few issues when we first got to the house. There were some doors missing locks on the bathrooms, and the master bedroom would not shut all the way. The next day we realized the shades in the master bedroom are see-through from the outside. Island Time quickly resolved all the issues, came and hung curtains that gave us privacy, etc.. Loved our stay!

We had a great time in this villa! There were a couple things that needed to be addressed, and the property manager tried their best to make it the best situation possible. We would recommend this property for sure!
