This inviting lagoon front villa is ideally located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes, where peaceful water views and effortless beach access come together for a truly relaxing stay.
As you enter, you are welcomed into a bright and comfortable living space designed with a relaxed coastal feel. The main living area offers ample seating, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day on the beach or out exploring the island. Large windows bring in natural light and offer tranquil views of the lagoon just beyond.
Moving further into the villa, the kitchen is conveniently positioned just off the main living area and comes fully equipped with everything needed for preparing meals at home. Whether you are starting your morning with coffee before heading out or enjoying a quiet dinner in, this space is both functional and inviting.
Bedroom one is on the first level of the villa, and includes a king bed along with a TV and its very own deck access, perfect for a couple’s getaway. Heading upstairs, bedroom two features two double beds, a TV, and private balcony access, offering a comfortable and group friendly retreat. Continuing through the villa, bedroom three offers a king bed alongside a bunk bed and a TV as well as its own private balcony, creating a versatile space that comfortably accommodates both adults and younger guests.
Step outside and experience one of the standout features of this home. The expansive private deck overlooks the lagoon and offers a truly serene and peaceful setting just steps from the water’s edge. With beautiful open views and surrounding natural landscape, this space is ideal for both relaxing and gathering. Lovely view of the lagoon. Easy access to the beach path. Liked that it was inside the guarded gate. Was able to park right in front of the unit. Checkin was smooth and communication was top notch. Well appointed kitchen. I missed the condiments on the counter until the last day. Oops. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable but maybe that’s personal preference. Would have loved for puzzles and games for a rainy day but we found our way to the dollar store to pick up some entertainment. Would love to return

Overall the home is wonderful, the location is great, and the rental property company was very responsive. When we arrived, there was trash in bathroom trash cans, hair in the showers and in the bathrooms, and the bed linens were not laundered appropriately. The rental company did send someone to change the bed linens, but we cleaned the rest of the home ourselves.
