The kitchen is undergoing a full remodel to brighten the space and provide upgraded amenities, expected to be completed by December 2024. The kitchen will feature white cabinetry, new countertops and will be fully stocked with everything you could need. The open floor plan provides a place to gather and play games or enjoy the evening breeze on the deck where you will find outdoor dining and a grill.
Bedroom 1 features a king bed, Bedroom 2 has 1 queen and a twin/twin bunk bed, and Bedroom 3 is equipped with a king. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and TV for added convenience. This pet-friendly villa is perfect for the whole family, including your furry friends with plenty of green space and walking paths throughout the community.
The Queens Grant community offers access to multiple pools, and you'll love the resort's seasonal Dunes Buggy shuttle service, which makes getting to the beach a breeze. The seasonal Dunes Buggy also takes guests to Shelter Cove where you can enjoy weekly fireworks shows during the summer, popular restaurants and local shops. Within walking or biking distance, you'll find the General Store, tennis and pickleball courts available for rent, several restaurants, and much more!

This villa wasn’t just clean, it was immaculate! I assume it had just been renovated because everything seemed new. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a five minute walk to the tennis/pickleball center and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. We had to contact the property manager once for a door code. They got back to me within 5 minutes on a Sunday. Super responsive! We will def rent this villa again!

Home was very clean, beds were comfortable etc! Very nice place. Only complaint was the shower curtain in the master bedroom kept falling down so we couldn’t use that shower. The other shower downstairs had a clogged drain so it filled up with water. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay.
