Absolutely nothing!

It looked like it was abandoned when we arrived nobody was there like it was closed but it was said that they do late check-in!

Acctable hotel near Belgrad center.

Super huge swimming pool (also available for people from outside) Good location (near the bus stop and train station) around 20/ 25min from city centre-free transport Acceptable breakfast (one coffee/tea per person, omlet, toast or sweet breakest) Clean rooms however in our room it stank of sewage.. Near supermarket Free parking

The ladies at the reception worked a bit as a punishment.. but cleaning lady was super helpful and polite. Parking outside the hotel (behind the fence) the hotel should work on the breakfast offer to make it more diverse (add something for children, e.g. pancakes) the rooms need refreshing (especially bathrooms) In the hotel smoking is forbidden but nobody respects that so hotel guests were smoking inside and nobody cared.

Expected more but left disappointed, although the kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

The swimming pool was nice and clean and the staff was friendly.

When we arrived at 7PM the restaurant was already closed. The room was a bit dusty and the shower had almost no pressure. It smelled like people were smoking in the hotel. Everywhere in the hotel was material stacked that didn’t give a professional and clean impression. The hotel is located next to a train station with a lot of trains passing that were clearly audible. Breakfast was limited to an omelette, club sandwich or five slices of toast with chocolate paste or jam which was well prepared but very limited choice.

1)Very worst in customer services, zero room services. 2)Nothing for kids activities- even I don’t know that how this hotel is considered as resort.. with our any facilities.. just only swimming should not be considered as resort.. 3)Not even having food menus list.. etc etc.. 4)Waste of money and waste of time for travel location

It's near the airport and away from the city crowds, so it's convenient

The hotel is close to the airport and there are public transportation options nearby. For a short stay, the room is fine. Despite being very limited, breakfast is ok.

The party hall is right below the floor of our room, so the noise was a bit disturbing since we wanted to rest that night after our hour-long flight.

No cleaning service, no breakfast except from one toast and a coffee, nothing more, no hot water, broken shower door, small room, too noisy, open pool for the public without sun beds for the customers, they forced us to pay in advance, staff doesn’t speak English, they did not even changed towels or sheets

- poor Wi-Fi (remote work not possible) - laud party like a wedding was organized and even though we had to move into another room due to technical problems just few hours before, we were right above the party and the hotel was almost empty, poorly organized
