The elevator is responsive The staff were Extremely helpful especially with carrying our luggage for us

From a distance the hotel looks beautiful. The pictures also look amazing. Unfortunately these do not stand up to closer scrutiny. Entering the room it felt….gross. As if things hadn’t been deep cleaned for 5 years. From the pictures it looks cool, but after 5 minutes in you feel like you e been invited to a porn shoot where everything has been decorated by two pimps and their female entourage. It’s just …ick. Burn marks from what are quite obviously drug burns, cut marks from what could only be razor blades cutting up coke, and a chair that looks like it was used as a prop for the prior-mentioned prob shoot

Read everything

The rooms are great! No questions about it, highly recommend the rooms, large king-size beds with wall size mirror. Perfect!

The facilities mentioned in the description don't exist! So you can say it's false marketing. If you are expecting to play pool, darts, or go to the gym, and everything else, they said it's there. THEY DON'T HAVE IT ANYMORE! Also, you will receive a message from them that breakfast is included in the price of your stay. But it's not!

Balkanian style, you will love it

Very quiet local environment, very nice and friendly staff, excellent breakfast. A little bit not center but give a chance, to have a rest - it is good place.

This is a very unusual accomodation. It is difficult to say if it is nice and elegant, or if it is already "too much". We knew what to expect from the pictures and we enjoyed the stay very much. The breakfast was excellent, the pool very pleasant.

Great potential, but a big let down

The room was really spacious, the staff was friendly, the fridge was working really well. Pool and pingpong table are a anice addition.

The bed was really uncomfortable, the foam collapsed in the middle, the bathroom, especially the shower needs some serious cleaning. The bathroom smelled quite badly. The furniture needs good cleaning. The staff is friendly but a bit unprofessional. Breakfast was decent but lacked fruit.

Very cozy and nice place. A little bit distant from noise. Our suite was equipped with a lovely pool with perfect temperature and a sauna. Chaise lounges in leather, many comfortable couches, very big bed and beautiful view were also available. The team was lovely and very helpful. They didn't hesitate to help us for questions, Taxi reservations...etc. special gestures to welcome us from the side of Nenad made us happy

Great and kind staff, pleasant facilities in the rooms and for public use. We enjoyed the spa and the gym and the breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and the hotel has a really nice design.

Toilet and bathroom in general were a bit worse than the rest of the accommodation. Location is fine but pretty far from the city.

A mausoleum of eccentricity

It was eccentric and had pool access direct from the room and a sauna in our room. The staff wasn't easy to find, but they were very helpful and friendly when you were able to find them. The manager booked a taxi for us to get to the airport on time on the day of our departure. The breakfast was fine contrary to many reviews - not 5 star but completely reasonable considering it was included in the room price. They had plenty of options both hot and cold, and if you didn't want greasy/meat stuff they had musli, bread and jams, etc.

It was in a poor location very far away from anything and a bit dodgy surroundings. The lift was broken so we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to our room which it and corridors smelled of cigarette smoke. Nothing compared to how much the bathroom smelled like sewage...it smelled so badly we had to keep the door shut all the time and hold our breath to use it. Shame as the shower room was clearly the most recently updated feature in the hotel. All the furniture is oversized so looks very crammed in, and EVERYTHING is upholstered but is worn, stained and very faded...kind of made you not want to sit on or touch anything. I think I underestimated just how dated and worn out everything was from the photos. We were wanting a unique experience, which we definitely got, but don't think this was one I would do again, nor recommend in its current state. Unfortunately, it might be time for a colossal-Colosseum update... ultimately, despite having a pool and sauna, it was still overpriced for what and where it was.
