Big and spacious rooms, service is perfect, staff pleasant and the breakfast was convinient. We would stay here again.

Disappointing place, not true to pics, and dirty

The room is decent.

It seems close to the airport but you still need to schedule a taxi and pay 20€ for it. The room is a bit dirty, not very clean blankets and the shower didn’t work at the beginning, so we had to get a new room. The place doesn’t look like the pictures at all.

Closest to Tesla airport value-for-money hotel accommodating whole family.

I liked that the foam mattresses were relatively firmer than in most other hotels.

The Wi-Fi was not working. The receptionist was helpful, but did not inform us about the Wi-Fi issue. Also, it could have been beneficial if schedule of bus 72 was printed and shared.

Good choice for a short stay between the flights. Comfortable bed, clean and quiet.

You will need RSD (cash) if you want to buy something at the hotel using vending machines downstairs. It is not really an issue, but I was not aware of it prior to the trip.

Disappointing experience — not worth the price.

The location is convenient — just a few minutes from the airport.

I arrived exactly at check-in time, but the room wasn’t ready. I had to wait for about 30 minutes. There was a kettle in the room, but no cups, no tea, nothing — which makes the kettle useless. The vending machine at the reception accepts only cash in local currency. Although the room had just been cleaned, there was hair on the bathroom floor. The hotel’s transfer service costs six times more than a regular taxi. Overall, the hotel doesn’t justify its price or the number of stars it claims to have.

Nice overnight hotel for connecting flights in Belgrade

Good overnight hotel for stay if you have a connection in Belgrade. Very clean, near to the airport and quite good for the money. Breakfast was also included, it wasn't so good (I can't recommend their sausages) but worth it for the money. The hotel isn't big, placed in a countryside area, but both Yandex Taxi drivers (from the airport, and to the airport) found the hotel without problems. 24h desk is also a good option.

Some smell from the bathroom. It wasn't something you can can't sleep with (and if you close the door to bathroom it's not go out of it), but it does not leave a very pleasant feeling when you enter the bathroom.

Decent place near the airport / city suburbs

I needed a place close to the airport for a night. It was not as close as I had thought and walking to it from the airport probably wasn't a great idea. Situated in what appears to be a sort of suburban China Town the hotel is close to the airport, but not so easy to get to. Very friendly helpful English speaking staff. Room I had was huge with its own balcony. Bathroom by contrast was on the small side but functional. Breakfast was basic but adequate even foe a vegan, plenty of good fruit unlike the usual plasticky hotel fruit. There is a reasonably frequent bus service close to the hotel that goes to the city or to the airport (you do need the Belgrade Travel App though as all tickets are electronic only).

There was a bewildering array of switches for lights, water heater, aircon etc in the room, labelling might have been useful, I worked it out but it wasn't straightforward. Breakfast was fine, except for the "toast" bread which has to be the saddest I've ever met, Serbia has some very good bread, this was not it.

Good place but bad personal.

I like the room it was as I expected it.

I had a problem when I arrived. It was 2 a.m because of my flight . At first I could not find free parking space and I finally parked on a narrow spot with the rear end of the car blocking the street. I payed for the accommodation on reception but the employee informed me that he has not reseved the key- card for my room. So I was waiting for 40 minutes for the key of my room. It was late night and I was tired. The receptionist was trying to solve the problem and he was apologizing to me. Finally the driver that works for the hotel brought the key from the neighbor hotel, the key was compatible with the key for my room. Finally I entered my room. Another bad note I have is for the staff that was working in the restaurant in the morning. The food was good but During the breakfast the waiter and the chef were very angry, they were loud and nervous, making noise with the plates, the weather was cursing all the time. They were angry because they had a lot work to do. So the atmosphere for breakfast was very bad.

Cosy hotel at the airport

Nice, cosy hotel, very god fo the price. Breakfast was a wide choice, room was clean and comfortable. Stuff polite and flexible.

The area is behind the airport, very narrow streets, and of course loud because of the departing flights. Soundproofing in the hotel is though very good!

Airport hotel - recommendation

I stayed in this hotel because my flight was cancelled. And it was great for that. I got a massive room with all facilities. Staff were super friendly and helpful and they sorted my transfer back to the airport early in the morning. I highly recommend this if you are stuck at Belgrade airport, it's 10 min by car.

There is no dinner provision in the hotel, but staff were fabulous in organising a food delivery. It wasn't an issue at all in the end because the choice, price and quality of the ordered food was fantastic.

dissapointing

Hotel is located in a highly inconvenient hard to reach and find place, even the taxi drivers get very confused. Despite its proximity to the airport, there are not many alternatives to reach to this hotel other than paying the hotel extra to organize a private pickup and dropoff.

The staff was fantastic. Transfer connection from/to the Airport was 11 of 10 - a driver was a fantastic story, too. 11 of 10. The breakfast, a truly great one, and the kitchen staff members were amazing, too. Good stay but shuttle way overpriced.

Pros. Close to the airport, clean.

Cons - I don’t know if this is on part of the booking.com or the hotel itself. When I was booking, it suggested I book 2 rooms for 6 people (3 of them were kids). It said it had 1 bed in one room and 2 beds in second. When we came, we found out that one room(apartment) would be more than enough. It had 2 rooms - one with 3 queen or full size beds and on other one had 1 bed. The other room also had 2 rooms with a bed in each. So we had more than enough with just one room (apartment as it was called) with 4 beds in it… what I’m trying to say, the number of beds isn’t listed correctly. I think it might be worth calling the hotel before even booking. The other thing, shuttle to the airport is overpriced. We paid 20 euro for very short trip. We paid the same amount to get from the airport to the old part of the Belgrade (center) and that ride was much longer.

I came to the hotel, the receptionist started a check-in and announced btw that the hotel was cut of the water. They offered a transfer to another hotel however. Other hotel was below my expectations.

They agreed not to charge for the stay.

We arrived late at night with a family of young kids the night before flying out of belgrade airport with a very early flight, only to be told there was no running water. It had supposedly been out for a long time that day, frustrating we weren’t contacted in advance to allow for other plans. We had to scramble to find another hotel that could accommodate us.
