The apartment was big, spacious, and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It also had two bathrooms, both of which were clean and nicely designed. However, there was no proper heating in the apartment or the bathrooms. It was New Year’s Eve and very cold outside, and the entire apartment (around 30 square meters) was heated only by one air-conditioning unit, which was completely insufficient. The bathrooms were especially cold, making showering very uncomfortable. We were very disappointed that a nice hotel located in the city center did not have proper heating. This was a major drawback and significantly affected our stay.

What I didn’t like about the apartment was the lack of proper heating. The apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, but all of them were very cold. Showering was almost impossible because of the low temperature, especially since we stayed there during New Year’s Eve, when it was very cold outside. We were hoping to enjoy a romantic stay, but without heating in the rooms, it was impossible to feel comfortable. Instead, the cold made the experience unpleasant and disappointing.

Okey hotel, but I don't think I will book the same again

The location was good and the room was large. It was easy to take the bus to the city center from the hotel and it did not cost much. There are many stores near the hotel, if you walk a bit south there is a Lidl store.

Very outdated rooms, and my room was a smoking room. Thought when I booked that the whole hotel was non smoking. So smelled like old cigarettes in the room. And it was not very clean.

We asked for bathroom towels when we arrived. We stayed three days, and also asked for room cleaning the next two mornings and no one came. We also asked for toilet paper every single day. The wi-fi was poor...

Parking in the church yard. We had to wait end of Sunday liturgy to get out our car. Nobody warned us.

Vere nice hotel except the church noise

when you pass by this building you will never know that there's a very nice designed hotel inside it was clean and spacious, i got the bedroom and the living room together.

The church is ringing its bells from 7.30 am every morning and the restaurant across the road is having live music and singing till late as well. so i would say it was disturbing

It is a quiet place that was comfortable and roomy. The aircon worked and it had a mini bar.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Zemun and therefore close to everything: public transport, shops, restaurants etc.The staff is really friendly and helpful and the room is good value for money. I will definitely come back.

Nice locations and excellent service.

The location is pretty good, close to Danube, restaurants, supermarket, bakery are close to the hotel, the girls at the reception (Andjela in the morning and Marija in the afternoon) were super nice, we were super happy about both of them, they were super helpful, excellent service.

Simple, plain hotel in an old building in the heart of the Zemun district

Next to a church with its bells, in the Zemun district of Belgrade, it has great bus connections to everywhere else. Staff which is willing to help you. Good value for the money.
