I expected a slightly better level of service for this price (~54 EUR per night).

Excellent location — close to the river and a beautiful promenade. The Zemun Tower is nearby, along with nice restaurants and convenient public transport stops. The breakfast was great — really tasty, varied, and served in a beautiful indoor space. Overall, breakfast, location, and polite reception staff were definitely the highlights of my stay.

There was an unpleasant smell in the room when I checked in, which remained during my stay — something like a body odor. The water heating system was weak, so I had to rush in the shower before the water turned cool. When I hung the “please clean the room” sign on the door, the floor was not swept, and one of the towels was replaced with a torn one. Also, one morning around 8:30 AM, staff entered the room while I was still sleeping, which surprised me — I’m used to cleaning being done when guests are out of the room.

Great location, great front desk

Very noisy! When it’s 1am, they are still checking people in, which is fine. But I can hear my neighbour’s every movement: walking, tidy up luggage . Thank god they didn’t have sex.

Beautiful expirience!

Location od the property is excellent, next to Zemunski kej, near many restaurants, caffee places and other important places for tourists. Room was great and comfortable, very clean, with cosmetic items. From window you can see Danube river. Staff were very kind. Breakfast was excellent with different kinds of food. All recomendation for this place! It is worth the price!

This stay should cost me not €400. €300-350 would be an appropriate price for this stay.

The best part of this option was breakfast and that the hotel was close to river promenade, so there was always a place to have lunch/dinner without going back to the city center (~5 km).

1) there was always a smell because of humidity in the bathroom (the hotel definitely needs better ventilation for the bathrooms). 2) my room was cleaned only once and after the request. 3) the personnel should not always smoke and drink coffee outside the hotel but at least say "hello" when the guest enters the hotel. 4) the minibar - only alcoholic beverages in there, but for just a water or coke you need to go to supermarket. Superbad issue for alcohol addict who is trying to quit alcohol. 5) the fridge makes terrible noise at night so you must find out how to switch it off. As well as bathroom ventilation and AC.

For the price, the hotel was a very good choice. We had easy access to Belgrade, were on the Danube, and took advantage of the opportunities in Zemun.

Nice location, friendly staff, good value for money

The location was beautiful, near the Danube waterfront. It is in a quiet area, you can find a couple of good restaurants and bars, especial on the left hand side. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a good size, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok-ish.

The room didn't have mosquito net at the window, and there are a lot of mosquito. I recommend a mosquito repellent (electric probably would be the best). In the bathroom there was some rust in the bath cabin, and the towels were also with rust stains. The coffee in the morning was a soluble one.

Not a lot.

Not working air conditioning, not working electric sockets, not working lights, dismounted shower doors, old food with poor choice, mold on the bread on multiple occasions. No respond to written claims. Disastrous.

Placed very close to Zemun center and right beside the river Donau is a relaxed and pleasant stay no challenge. The staff is quick solving upcoming issues.

The hotel has good location and you will find a lot of good restaurants in close proximity. The breakfast provided was also good. Also the bed in the room is comfortable. If you're lucky you might get a room with a view over the river.

The hotel does not provide the necessary information to the guests and the facilities are worn out. For instance we were not told that we need to turn the heater on by ourselves in order to have warm water in the shower. That is completely unacceptable, because when we make a hotel reservation upfront, it is the hotel's obligation to prepare the room for the guests, which involves heating on the water. Moreover, the soap pump in the bathroom was not working. Though we immediately reported that to the reception, the person there did not even try to resolve the issue. The view from the room was terrible, it looked directly in the window of the opposite building giving no light to the room. The internet connection was not stable at all.
