AS MARINA MAGIC IS A NEW, ELEVATED HOME IT WAS CONSTRUCTED TO THE LATEST CODES AND ABLE TO WITHSTAND A CATEGORY 5 STORM. THEREFORE, THERE WAS ONLY MINOR FLOODING TO THE GARAGE AND ENTRANCE HALL FROM THE FIRST HURRICANE AND NO FURTHER DAMAGE IN THE SECOND HURRICANE. WE WERE CERTAINLY VERY FORTUNATE AS THESE THINGS ARE BEING ADDRESSED VERY QUICKLY.

THE ISLAND ITSELF IS WORKING VERY HARD TO CLEAN UP AND ALREADY WITHIN LESS THAN A WEEK RESTAURANTS ARE RE-OPENING. IT REQUIRES A TREMENDOUS TEAM EFFORT AND IS A TESTAMENT TO THE ISLAND SPIRIT THAT WE ARE WORKING TOGETHER TO COME BACK STRONGER THAN EVER. WE GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT AND LOOK FORWARD TO WELCOMING YOU ALL BACK.

Marina Magic is a brand new bay view home available for rent for the very first time. Tucked among swaying palm trees on the coveted northern end of Anna Maria Island this is no ordinary vacation rental but rather a spacious and meticulously designed and decorated home where attention to detail is evident throughout. This luxurious coastal home is elevated, has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a stunning heated pool/spa and spectacular panoramic views of the bay from the rooftop deck.
As you walk into the spacious light filled living area you will find the open concept kitchen, dining and living room with vaulted ceiling that opens up to a set of patio sliders leading to a private and spacious balcony with a further dining area that overlooks the sparkling pool. The gourmet kitchen that is every chef's dream is equipped with top of the line Bosch appliances which include a gas range, oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler and a huge refrigerator. There is an enormous island with gorgeous quartz countertops, perfect for family and friends to gather.
The spacious living area has a large and comfortable sectional sofa, custom built-ins next to a gas fireplace and large screen television.
On this floor you will find two bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms, a half bathroom and a conveniently located laundry room with washer and dryer.
There are an additional two bedrooms on the top floor including the master suite where you will awake to see the sun rising over the Skyway Bridge. With its exceptional mill work, designated work space and stunning over-sized ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, walk in shower and stand-alone soaking tub this really is a wonderful space to escape and relax.
Step outside and you will find a private resort like pool and spa set in a beautifully landscaped garden. Here is a perfect place to soak in the sunshine on the submerged tanning pad and swim up tables. When night falls relax in the hot tub under the stars with a glass of wine. There is plenty of space for lounging, a covered dining area, outside grill and entertainment area with TV.
Perfectly located in one of the quietest neighborhoods on the island you are just steps from water access to swim in the calm waters of Tampa Bay, or bike to Bayfront Park Beach and Bean Point Beach. The Waterfront restaurant is a pleasant 0.5 mile walk away, as is the pier and shopping on Pine Avenue and you are a few steps from a beach access to the tranquil bay side beaches.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25.
