About this house rental
Welcome to Mintfish, your peaceful canal-front retreat tucked away on the north end of Anna Maria Island. This ground-level canal-front home makes vacationing easy and relaxed for everyone in your group—including your furry family members! With four beautifully updated bedrooms and four fresh, modern bathrooms, you'll have plenty of space to settle in and feel right at home.
Out back, there's something for everyone. Practice your short game on the private two-hole putting green, take the two-person kayak or paddleboards out for a scenic cruise, or hop on one of the four bikes for a breezy ride around the island. Whether you're exploring the water or the quiet streets of Anna Maria, there's always something fun right outside your door.
When it's time to unwind, the private, heated pool and hot tub are the perfect spots to relax and soak in the peaceful canal views. Mornings are great for sipping coffee on the dock as the sun rises, and evenings are made for grilling dinner outdoors or heading to Pine Avenue for fresh seafood and local flavor.
At Mintfish, you can do as much—or as little—as you'd like. From peaceful mornings to activity-filled afternoons and quiet evenings under the stars, it's all about easy living in one of the island's most charming spots.
PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.
PARKING: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
*Note that the left-side garage is accessible for storage but is not available for parking. The right-side garage is owner-use only.
DOCK/BOATS: Two docks are available. The canal-side dock is approximately 25ft and is appropriate for standard boats. The Bimini Bay-side dock is approximately 35ft with a shallow berth, has a ladder, and is appropriate for flat-bottom boats, kayaks, etc. **Please note that the boat lift and any motorized watercraft are not available for guest use**
--DISCLAIMER: Depth of the canals and channels vary depending on tides, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control. At times this can result in a water level that is too low to support watercraft. It is the responsibility of the guest to review forecasts and make alternate arrangements for watercraft as necessary.
***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
"You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property."
*Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

The property is beautiful and the location is great. There was a problem with the air conditioning that could not be resolved while we were there. Sato Real Estate tried really hard to get it fixed but two different AC companies tried to no avail. The AC maker sent people out and the last we heard was sensors had to be ordered and if that didn't work a new unit may have to be ordered. The AC distribution should should be investigated also. Fortunately the house has two zones so that helped. There were a couple of other items needed to be taken care of and Sato was quick to get them resolved. Sato also made things right for our troubles and we were very pleased with their response. We would recommend the owner have a section of shade structure near the pool. We brought a canopy with us after looking at the pictures but that's a pain to bring and set up.
