Water's Edge is a single-story pool home located on one of Anna Maria's canals and 1.5 blocks from the sparkling clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The bright kitchen overlooks the living room which has access to the pool and patio. A dining room with seating for six and additional stools at the kitchen island ensure the comfort of everyone for meals.
Three of the bedrooms feature a King Bed and two include an ensuite bathroom. The final bedroom includes a double bed and twin daybed. Each bedroom includes crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.
The private heated pool highlights the backyard. Relax in a pool lounger or enjoy a siesta in the hammock and enjoy the island breezes of paradise.
A patio table with seating for six is the perfect dining spot for guests to enjoy a meal grilled in the covered poolside outdoor kitchen.
Water's Edge is the perfect name for our waterfront home overlooking a canal. Be prepared for visiting seabirds and possibly a manatee or dolphin while fishing from the dock. Bring the boat! The dock can accommodate boats up to 30'. (9'-High Tide, 6'-Low Tide.).
Water's Edge is a dog friendly home! If you have added a pet to your reservation under the number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. Please note, there is a 2 dog limit. DOGS MUST WEIGH 25 POUNDS OR LESS
Water's Edge is easy walking distance to Gulf Ave, restaurants, and the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

We have rented a different home on this island every year for at least 10 years. A different home each time. This was by far our favorite. 4 large bedrooms with a comfortable living space large enough for everyone. Comfortable beds and furniture. A large pool and hot tub with a large furnished patio surround with 2 large outdoor TV's. All that and a dock large enough for a 30' boat. We also got the quickest response when we needed help with the main TV and the hot tub. Someone was there quickly every time. 10 out of 10 We will rent it again.

The house was perfect, recently renovated and decorated so really nice fixtures and appliances etc. The outside area is awesome - pool, hot tib, private dock, outside kitchen- all top class.
