The garage is spacious and can easily hold 2 cars. There is parking for 3-4 additional cars outside. There is a ping-pong table for the kids and adults to enjoy. The covered pool lanai offers a bar which includes stools, sink, refrigerator, a smart TV and a large farm table with benches- the perfect 'hang out' vacation spot! The open concept living area flows seamlessly into the kitchen, dining and hall areas. It features a custom entertainment center on the main wall with a large smart TV and shelves full of books and movies for your enjoyment. A spacious sectional and additional chairs offer plenty of seating for all.

A spacious third level accommodates a bonus kids lounge with convertible sofa and a chair, a smart TV, a DVD player and an XBox. The upstairs lounge leads to a large balcony with breathtaking views of Clark Lake and the Gulf in the distance.

The spacious gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all needed accessories, including pots and cooking utensils. The kitchen island offers ample seating for seven, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage in the cabinets to satisfy the most discriminating cook. Two large dining tables provide plenty of seating for a large party.

The main level has a master suite with king size bed, walk-in closet and a large private balcony. There is also a smart TV and a DVD player.

The second level has 5 bedrooms. The 2nd master suite and two more bedrooms have king beds. The 5th bedroom has a set of double beds and the 6th bedroom has 2 twin beds.

There also is a queen size convertible sofa located in the bonus kids lounge area on the 3rd level.

With the exception of the twin bedroom, all bedrooms have smart TVs. The upstairs lounge has a smart TV, a DVD player and Xbox station with several installed games.

There are 4.5 bathrooms.

There is a half bath on the main level next to the living room.

All the other bathrooms are en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom, with two bedrooms sharing a large bathroom in a Jack-and-Jill style set up. The main level master bath has a spacious shower, while the upstairs master bath has a soaking tub in addition to a shower of the same size.

All bathrooms are outfitted with tile, granite countertops, beautiful fixtures and fine linens. There are also hotel style bath amenities in each bathroom including soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and 2 rolls of bathroom tissue.

The outside area, surrounded by a privacy fence and lush landscaping, has plenty of space for a large group to hang out and relax at a pool party. There is a spacious pool deck with plenty of lounge chairs and a large farmhouse table with benches under the poolside lanai. The outdoor bar features granite countertops, a smart TV, Weber grill, sink, refrigerator and bar stools. Around the corner, an outdoor shower with hot/cold water provides a convenient way to rinse off after the beach or pool.

There are two large balconies providing outstanding views of the lake, the island as well as views of the Gulf of Mexico waters. An oversized deck off the main living area with a huge farmhouse table and benches offers a wonderful setting for alfresco meals. It overlooks the pool and has a beautiful view of the lake.

The focal point of the yard is a beautiful, heated tropical pool with a waterfall, spa and a swim-up Tiki Bar. The pool also features several sitting areas and a shallow area for younger kids.

**Please note! Pool heater in our home is locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. The pool temperature is set 84 to 91 degrees. Please note, if cold days or nights occur water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold (below 50). While we take every precaution to ensure that pool is heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. The spa attached to the pool is NOT a hot tub. The temperature of the spa is the same as that of the pool but it can be temporarily increased to 104 degrees. Guests should not expect hot tub like temperatures for the spa. In the event of pool equipment malfunctions during your stay, we will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close the swimming pool for maintenance purposes.
