***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Everything about this place was fantastic! Perfect getaway with friends or family! Will definitely be back. Close to shops, great food and just all around great place to stay. Very clean! Loved our stay

Beautiful home we loved the pool with beach access, and a perfect view. Perfect size for our family of 9. The kitchen needs to have bowls w/lids and a blender and Extra towels in the bathrooms. There were no extra blankets only the quilt that’s on the beds.When we went to cook I couldn’t find anything and opened the dishwasher which stunk and full of dishes! One door had a white powder on it and a bedroom floor had black sticky things on it. I did message host and they offered to send someone to clean this, but I had already done it. Also lamps in the upper bedroom didn’t work.Its a beautiful home just need somethings straightened out.

Beach view was like you were on the beach! The views are unlike any Ive seen in a house. Everything was mostly new and clean. The neighborhood could use a little tlc but there was lots of new construction going on (pretty typical for Florida I think). It didnt feel unsafe by any means. Would highly recommend!

I can't say there was any false advertising; the location is as specified (on the bay, not the gulf) and the pictures are accurate. The linens were clean and the pillows were of good quality. However, the home, and its general maintenance, are in need of some attention. Things like: doorknobs falling off, mismatched and broken TV remote controls, damaged upstairs TV, broken bathroom sink drain, inconsistent painting. Also, the home was not stocked as I had expected it to be given the price point. I would expect things like a blender, plastic baggies and/or storage containers, more towels, wagon for the beach.
