About this house rental

Newly Remodel home with gated neighborhood access (across street) to boat ramp and dock on Lake Guntersville. Great for fishermen and family get togethers. Desirably located and just minutes from waterfront bait store and public boat ramps. Spacious tree covered lot with front porch and rear screened in deck for relaxing days. Parking for 4-5 boats with power outlets to keeps those batteries charged. This disinfected 1700 sq/ft spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath has one queen bed and four twin beds. Features large living room, game room, spacious kitchen, two dining areas, washer/dryer, dish washer, fire pit, gas grill, and WIFI.
