Very cozy as it is described. The location is awesome. It's very a quiet neighborhood. If I had any questions, they were answered in a timely manner!

The home was well kept and clean. The kitchen had all of the things we needed to prepare food, The neighborhood was quiet. We appreciated that it had 2 full bathrooms. It did have a washer and dryer which is always a plus. There were plenty of towels. It was a short distance to the Space and Rocket Center.
The living room was small and not much seating area. One of the beds was in a room that had been closed in behind the house and there was only a space heater for heat so we had to bring the mattress inside the house and put on the floor so the kids wouldn't get cold. The back yard was unkept and doesn't look like the pictures.
