The space
Whole home with a fenced-in backyard for your kids to play and for pets to safely go outdoors.

3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a main living room with a 65” smart Roku tv and a second living space with conversation seating near the dining area. The dining room can seat up to 8 at the table but also includes a high chair and toddler seating for 2.

Main bedroom features a king-size bed. A telework station includes a desk that raises to a standing position at the touch of a button and a comfortable seat that adjusts from desk height to counter height and everything in between. Next to the desk is a reclining reading chair with a lamp and a 50” smart Roku TV.

The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and an incredibly comfortable rocker/recliner for relaxing or for rocking yourself or your baby to sleep.

The second guest bedroom is the real star of the show, with a queen-over-queen bunk bed. Kids and the adults will be fighting over this bedroom. The bed is heavy-duty wood construction and can sleep adults on the top bunk. This room also has a reading and play nook for the kids with bungee chairs.

PETS
Pets are welcomed! Water and food bowls are provided. Doggy bags are provided, as we ask for our neighborhood to be kept clean while you take your pups on walks. There is a doggy trash bin located at the playground, just a few homes down from ours, that you may use for your convenience while you are out walking.
We provide:
- A water-resistant pet blanket for your pup to snuggle up on the furniture worry-free.
- One soft pet bed.
- One large dog crate.
**Dogs MUST be crated at ALL times while unattended at home alone. If you require more than one crate, please bring them with you as needed.**

CHILDREN
You’ll be pleased to find that there is very little gear you’ll need to pack for your trip. We will set these up for you, upon request. If you forget to let us know, have no fear! The baby items will still be there, folded in the guest bedroom closet.
