Wonderful property!! Great hang out space and room to spread out as a family with the “Melissa suite”, which is great to have coffee or watch TV away from primary bedrooms were others might be sleeping. Neighbors in the location were very friendly and courteous when we were outside and it’s minutes from everything in Huntsville area. Beds and couches were extremely comfortable, linens were clean and whole place was fresh smelling even after several days, making returning to space after sightseeing a nice and comforting surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed this property and it looks just like the pictures shown.

We were super happy to stay in this home on our recent visit to Huntsville. It is definitely on our short list to visit again. The home was super clean, smelled great, and accommodated every need. Every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of! The hosts really went above and beyond to ensure renters’ comfort. Absolutely will be staying here again!

Recently remodeled home with nice decor that makes one feel at home. We stayed 5 nights. The actual beds were comfortable. Only two actual beds. Other rooms have fold out couches. The room with the largest bathroom has a fold out couch. Very inconvenient.The AC in the main house worked really good. The AC in the Suite (room with largest bath and fold out couch) did not work, almost making it unusable during the 90 degree days. Even at night it was 78 in that part of the house. Good thing some of our friends didn’t make it, because it would have been very uncomfortable.I told the owner, who sent over a cooling fan that I had to add water to. It only dropped the temp by 2 degrees. This was an issue that I wish I had known a few days before we arrived, and then we might have made other arrangements. Didn’t find it out until day of check-in. That’s why I rate the communication at 3 stars. I asked the owner about a partial refund due to the issues with the AC, but haven’t heard a word in two weeks. So, oh well. Live and learn.Has all the appliances to make for a pleasant stay.Location is great for getting around town! Not far from downtown, restaurants and shopping!The neighborhood was quiet. But one street over was sketchy. I will not stay here again due to the odd layout of the bedrooms. Just won’t work for our group.

I really really appreciate that this place had 8 spots to sleep in actual beds pull out beds. The common area seated our entire party making it easy for us to converse. The property was very clean and well maintained. We also liked sitting out on the porch. And one of the bedrooms was more like a side house (although attached) which was very cool. We were able to easily communicate with the property owners which was very helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
