Equipped with AT&T Fiber Internet with speeds up to 1000 MBPS, you can work from home or relax on the couch and stream your favorite TV shows on the 75" Smart TVs. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, and more for you to make a delicious home cooked meal. Stay with us with peace of mind as we have taken extra precautions and adopted enhanced cleaning procedures in our fight against COVID-19
Plenty of parking on the driveway, up to 6 cars. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from the nearest Walmart Neighborhood Market!

The beds were comfortable and our group enjoyed the open layout of the place. The following is more information for future renters assuming nothing changes.
The pool was a bit chilly since it is still early in the year and the chlorine level was a 20 (vs the appropriate 2) but that didn't stop our family from enjoying it. The hammock was delightful for soaking up some sun.
The kitchen lacked a few essentials (e.g., liquid measuring cup, cookie sheet) but did have many helpful items (some spices, syrup, and plastic wrap, for example). We refilled the propane tank for the outdoor grill as a previous guest left the valve open.
Some of the (bathroom) doors were sticky or finicky but nothing insurmountable. (I suggest making sure to keep an ear open for youngsters needing a hand opening the main bathroom door.) Also, just be gentle with the dishwasher if you use it, it likes to tilt a bit if you are not careful when loading it.
There were pool towels and a working washer/dryer available.
Our family much enjoyed our stay as the property was clean and big enough for all of us. The property manager always responded quickly & helpfully.

Property was clean - however the house was saturated with cigarette odor in all rooms and closets.
Main bathroom door would not shut which was awkward.
Enjoyed the Great Pool, yard and open design.

House was clean and updated! Glad to see when I walked in the door that everything looked nice. Some doors did not shut all the way and dishwasher was not installed so it would dip forward when loading. Also the backyard landscape could use some sprucing up. Pool was amazing and wonderful to use! Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at the house. Location was easy to get to and close to anything we wanted to do.
