About this house rental
Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place. With two living room areas and three bathrooms, this home is perfect for business travelers, families in transit, and those visiting for both short and long term stays.
In this three bedroom, three bathroom home, all bedrooms have queen mattresses, as well as closets and dressers (so great storage for both short and long term guests). There is a room with a desk, chair and door that can be used an office. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric stove and oven, as well as a full size refrigerator and freezer. The living room is cozy and comfortable with new reclining couches. There is also a second upstairs living room with a reclining couch and television.
Guests have access to the entire home.
This neighborhood is centrally located. With quick access to Memorial Parkway, Parkway Place Mall, Whole Foods and many restaurants, it's very convenient. The neighborhood itself is a mixed bag. It's safe and secure, and we've not had any issues. However, if you mind the sight of a few cars parked in the neighbor's yard or prefer manicured lawns, I would not recommend our home.
A car is recommended, but ride sharing apps are available.
There are security cameras on the exterior of the house (none inside).

It was a decent place. Could have used potholders and a kitchen rag in the kitchen. The ac roared but over all it was a good place to stay.
