About this apartment rental
This new luxurious upper floor, 3-bedroom condo hotel suite offers sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. Enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset over the open water of the Gulf of Mexico. Each suite can accommodate 8 people, with King or Queen-size beds in each of the three bedrooms, a comfortable full-sized sofa bed in the living room with 3-1/2 bathrooms. Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax included with your VRBO payment. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer and in-room safe. Should you need additional soaps, towels or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $42.80/day will apply. A daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in if you bring your dog. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee. We will authorize the balance due, plus parking or pet fees (if applicable) and a $200 incidental hold upon check in. Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.

Ideal for our group of seniors. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, beautiful beach, sunset view. Each bedroom had an adjoining large, clean full bath. There is also a half bath and laundry room in the suite. Elevators, small private deck plus huge community deck with bar. Very small pool with only 3 lounge chairs was fine for us, Staff is excellent and available 24/7. Good location & price. Great value. Highly recommend. .

The place was really nice and very comfortable. The beach area was nice but really crowded. There was a parking lot between the building and the beach so a lot of public was parking there. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The main issue we had was our keyless door lock was not functioning properly. They had a maintenance person put new batteries in it but it still didn’t work. We came back from the beach to find the door had been unlocked all day and not secured by the maintenance worker after he “fixed it”. Same issue happened the next day. We had to leave and couldn’t lock the door. They kept acting like I was doing something wrong but I wasn’t. We felt relatively safe knowing when we were inside the door could be manually locked. However every time we left we were concerned that someone could come in and rob us or even be waiting for us in our room (we were a group of one mom and 4 teenage girls). We ended up not staying the last night of our reservation. I was refunded for parking which was actually kind of ridiculously expensive in my opinion. I know they kind of downplayed the door issue with me but me traveling with young girls it was definitely making me uneasy. The other issue was our side balcony was adjacent to the public bar balcony on the 5th floor so there was zero privacy there. The condo itself was fantastic. Aside from those two things I would highly recommend but I don’t think we would be back.
