About this apartment rental
This spacious upper-floor, 3-bedroom condo hotel suite offers sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balconies. Enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset over the open water of the Gulf of Mexico. Each suite can accommodate 10 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a King bed in each bedroom and the third with 2 Queen beds, each with an ensuite, plus an additional half-bath and a comfortable full-sized sofa bed in the living room. Our guests have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels, as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax included in your VRBO payment. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a washer and dryer and an in-room safe. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $42.80/day will apply. A daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in if you bring your dog. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee. We will authorize the balance due, plus parking or pet fees (if applicable) and a $200 incidental hold upon check-in. Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.

This is our 5th summer staying at this property and as always, it did not disappoint. We had a very early flight and they were able to check us in super early. The property itself is very clean. The staff is wonderful. They are so welcoming and accommodating. The view is unreal. We have always stayed in a Gulf view room and you can't beat it. It's also steps from the beach. The property provides chairs, towels, umbrellas, anything you need. It's also walking distance from so many restaurants and bars. We will be back!

This property was awesome! We had 5 adults and 1 child. Everyone had a fabulous time. If we needed anything or any information, the front desk was quick to accommodate us. We loved the location, right on the beach. We had plenty of chairs and umbrellas to take on the beach with us. Enjoyed the gym as well as the pool. Would recommend the Avalon to anyone!!

The room overlooked the beach. The condo is spacious and well layed out. Pickleball and a playground across the street and very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Excellent beach with toys and chairs.

Great stay! We enjoyed being right on the wide beach, walking about 2-3 blocks to the start of Clearwater Beach commerce, the heated pool, and the playground right across the street for the kids! Unit was spacious, as each group had their own BR and bath. Beautiful sunsets from the deck! The entire building was very clean. Nearby beachy restaurants were very walkable.
