It is very spacious and has an ideal split floor plan and is beautifully decorated throughout. Lush landscaping surrounds our tropical Coconut Beach House. This beautiful 1800 sq ft rental home is located within walking distance to the sand.
This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Executive pool home will sleep 12 guests comfortably. Our Coconut Beach House features the Primary bedroom with a King bed, the second bedroom with a Queen bed, the third bedroom 2 queen beds, the 4th bedroom has Bunk beds, and the living room has a sofa bed. We offer linens, WiFi, bbq grill, a full kitchen, laundry room, private swimming pool and all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation!
Our Coconut Beach House is a unique rental home in North Clearwater Beach. In addition to the ideal location, enjoy a lovely private pool. The backyard offers a bbq grill for your cooking pleasure and a private swimming pool. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Yhe house accommodated my "older" parents, sister, two boys, and their girlfriends. The kitchen was well equipped for making and serving meals. The diningroom was perfect for evening meals. We enjoyed the private pool and the heater kept the chill off the water. The kids (all 22 and over) though the walk to restaurants and shops was not far. The 8 minute walk to the beach was really only 5 minutes. The neighbors on thr street were kind and helpful when my dad asked questions about the neighborhood. Communication was superb! Before I even left to fly down I was notified of the code to enter and some quick reminders. We had a wonderful time! I will absolutely book from Beach Time Rentals again!

Perfect home for our girls trip! Very clean, well stocked, and close to the beach! The communication with the managers was superb! Definitely will be back!
