We had a great experience. The house was nice, clean and it was so great to walk back and forth to the beach when we wanted. Lots of beds and space!!

Great location for a family wedding at the Sandpearl just down the beach. If you have a bunch of kids and adults that want to stay in one big place, this works great. Lots of stairs and the only interior stairs are a narrow and steep set of spiral stairs which was not an issue for us but there are only two ground level bedrooms so anyone with mobility issues will struggle getting above the first floor. Everything is well explained in the info sheets and instructions posted throughout the unit, and JR was very responsive and helpful.

First off the house is very nice, there is plenty of room and it was clean. The view from both outside decks is amazing and you can watch the sunset from there. There are several living areas so if you bring children there is definitely enough space for them to have their own area to play or just hangout. I do have 2 complaints, first off you have to pay to do your laundry and it is not even in the house, you need to go outside. They do leave enough towels for house occupancy but that is one towel for a week…at the beach where you get sandy and sticky everyday is not enough. We had to do laundry daily. The description of the house does say washer and dryer are in a bedroom but there is not. I think we spent over 50$ doing laundry just to have dry, clean towels. The other complaint is the splash pool is very cold and if you want it heated they will charge you. I will say JR. is who we spoke to and he was very nice and accommodating but only offered us older towels. I know it seems like such a small thing but to find quarters and have to keep going outside after a day at the beach was a huge pain. I do believe that with the price you pay for a week to stay here you should have a washer and dryer of your own.

We celebrated my moms birthday so we invited some family and brought all the kids together. This house was absolutely perfect. It is well kept, has plenty of living area and places to sleep, the kitchen is very organized with labels on all cabinet doors which made it so much easier to get what we needed. Everyday we walked right up to the beach, then walked to restaurants and bars or even to convenience stores. Everyone had such an unforgettable time we will definitely come back!!! Oh and the host was very responsive we had a clog in the right sink and he came right over to fix it.
