Located in the quieter North Clearwater Beach area, this condo is a great choice for families and groups looking to enjoy a more secluded beach setting while remaining close to Clearwater Beach attractions.

The open floor plan creates a welcoming place for your group to gather. The living room features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, fireplace and ocean-facing views.
The dining table seats six guests, with additional seating for four at the kitchen counter. The fully upgraded kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and the essentials needed for preparing meals during your beach vacation.

Polar vortex weather and elevator broken. Both out of the control of Beach Time. Have reserved for next year.

It was a sad experience. Proper maintenance not being done on the units which caused me to have to do work that the people who get paid to maintain them should have been doing. I had an issue and left a voicemail message regarding the matter and never heard back from anyone. New management company or employees I feel. I came back because in 2022 I had a great experience. That will not be the case next time as I have many choices.
