Unit A17 is a wonderful property located in Clearwater Beach.
This beachfront condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping 6-8 guests.
The Space:

IMPORTANT INFO: pool will be closed from September 12 until October 5 2026, due to renovations.
You'll instantly be amazed with this condo from the moment you walk in the door. With 1400 sq ft and completely updated flooring throughout, a beautiful kitchen with top of the line finishes, tiled bathrooms, amazing coastal decor and much more.
In the living area we offer you to relax on the comfortable leather Sleeper sofa or one of the two accent chairs and take in the view. Or, watch your favorite show or movie on the 65 inch flat-screen cable TV.
In the living room, views of the ocean await through large glass sliders that lead to the private balcony. The balcony has an additional outdoor dining area with seating for 6 guests and a high top that seats 4.
The dining table seats 4 guests and the kitchen counter seats an additional 3 guests.
The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas and has magnificent water views. This inviting space is composed of white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and crisp white cabinetry. For guests who love to cook, this well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to create your favorite meals.
When ready to rest and recharge, guests have two spacious bedrooms to choose from. In the Primary bedroom, there is a King bed with ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is largely open and provides excellent ocean views. There is also balcony access from inside the room. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen beds and access to the hallway bathroom. There is plenty of room for everyone in this condo.
This beautiful condo has been professionally decorated with quality and coastal finishes.
The balcony offers great unobstructed views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.
The building offers a shared pool, easy beach access and grill areas.

Wonderful experience! Unit was EXACTLY as described. Location was perfect and the condo was conforably furnished. Property manager was extremely helpful with quick responces. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Absolutely great time. The place was staged nicely. Access to the ocean was great. Would Absolutely recommend.Absolute only issue was neighbors like to smoke, which would make us have to close up our windows and doors.

Everything was better than imagined for our stay. The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps from the beach. The sunsets from the balcony over the ocean were unbeatable. The communication from the property manager company was prompt, courteous and helpful. The apartment’s condition and amenities were perfect for us. We look forward to visiting here again.

When we got there the towels were not clean. Some still had make up on them other towels had brown spots. We had to wash all of them. They use a very strong smelling laundry detergent which is very bad for allergies. Some lightbulbs were burned out, a few outlets didn’t work. The microwave broke the second day there. When we called about it they said they’d have to measure and order one. We ask for a counter top microwave which they did get. It was left at the door for us to deal with. You have to buy your own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags etc and take your trash out. For the price would much rather stay at a condo with some amenities
