About this villa rental
CliffHouse is located in lower Peter Bay, a gated neighborhood on the North shore of St. John. It is 12,000SF and sits on 3 acres directly next to the National Park for ultimate privacy. At 100 feet up from the shoreline you can hear the waves crashing on the rocks all day and night. From EVERY window & door are incredible views of Jost Van Dyke, Tortola, Cinnamon & Peter Bay beaches. In the mornings you have a front row seat to sunrises. The beautiful lanai between the master and living room pods offers shade all day long. We have a pool (salt water system) and jacuzzi with sweeping views from all angles. There are 4 bedrooms to consist of 3 kings and 1 room with 2 queen beds. All have en-suite bathrooms and there is a half bath off the kitchen. Two of the king bedrooms have outdoor sitting areas to take in the views from your private suite. All bedrooms, pool deck & gym have JBL portable speakers. It is a pod style layout with AC in all pods. The WIFI is very strong over the entire property including the pool deck. There is a large well stocked gym where even a top athlete could train in. Our virtual personal trainers can create custom workouts based on our equipment. We have an array of board games, corn hole and 10 beach chairs. It's about a 5 min walk to the sandy beach of Peter Bay where there is great snorkeling. The walk is downhill on the way so uphill on the way back. If that doesn't for someone then they can take the short 30 second drive down to the beach path where there is an area for parking. Then it's a flat walk to the beach. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to Cruz Bay where all the shopping and restaurants are located. Included in the rental is a mid-week clean. Daily housekeeping and chef services are available for additional costs.

Cliffhouse worked out perfectly for our group. The location in Peter Bay is great with easy access to North Shore beaches, including Peter Bay beach just a walk down the hill. The views are more amazing than the pictures if that is possible and the setting is very private. The outdoor living spaces at the house made it special too - between the pool deck and the covered living area where we relaxed and ate all our meals, we were hardly ever inside. Bedrooms are spread out and were nice as well. It's a special place and we would love to go back someday.

I can not say enough about the phenomenal experience we had at cliff house. The property was beyond gorgeous, the views were stunning, already thinking about when we can make it back!

Our stay at the Cliff House was absolutely spectacular from start to finish. The views from the villa were nothing short of breathtaking—waking up to panoramic vistas of the Caribbean and British Virgin Islands each morning felt like a dream. Everything about the property was designed for relaxation, from the infinity pool to the constant trade winds that kept us perfectly comfortable. The location within Peter Bay Estate gave us both privacy and easy access to some of the island's most beautiful beaches. We left feeling completely refreshed and already planning our return to this Caribbean paradise.

Absorbed into the hillside and secluded on a pointe overlooking Cinnamon Bay and Jost the Cliff House is the perfect getaway. The bedrooms, weight room and common areas are all 5 star. We will return.
