About this apartment rental
Sea Horse condo has just undergone a recent renovation! Charming space located just one short block to the beach in the coveted Beach Colony. Perfect for your vacation getaway!
Sea Horse condo is a well equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building Open concept living allows all to enjoy the activities in the central living area. Fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the cooking necessities. Bathrooms have shampoo/conditioner/body wash and towels too! We supply beach gear (chairs, towels, toys, boogie boards & surf board). Both bedrooms have new beds (king and 2 twins), new bedding as well.
I live in the building and am available as needed.
The Beach Colony is sought after for its long stretches of white sandy beaches, great waves for boogie boarding or surfing, yet gentle shore break for little ones to play at the water`s edge. Easy walk into Del Mar or go North to Cedros/Solana Beach. Race Track/Fairgrounds are less than a mile a way. Shopping, dining, freeway access all very accessible.

Quite Hours 10pm - 7am
No Smoking in condo or on property
No events/parties - this is a multi unit building! People live above, below and next door!
Condo laundry for light loads only. Use community laundry for larger loads
