Nicely maintained older property. Lacks Air Conditioning and there are no car charging stations. The owners were very responsive anytime we needed to communicate. Location is great, I would stay here again!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Very nicely located and decorated with a view of the ocean. You can easily access the main areas of Del Mar and all the conveniences. The owners were very attentive when we asked questions or had a small issue that they fixed immediately. Overall, this was a great trip to a wonderful location and condo. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in beautiful Del Mar.

Very nice, clean and well-equipped condo with a beautiful ocean view! We spent the month at this nice condo enjoying daily walks to the beach, restaurants and the town of Del Mar. The owners were very responsive and helpful. A nice, relaxing way to spend the month in Del Mar.

I don't know where to start! Claire and Claude's condo is the perfect place to enjoy San Diego/Del Mar. The location is fantastic, and the condo has everything you need, it's well-appointed and kept. C&C made sure everything was ready for when we arrived. With a beautiful view, the condo is nested in a lovely community, it has a pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, small gym, and sauna. It's a quiet place, husband "installed" his home office on the terrace, and I could sip my coffee feeling the ocean breeze in the mornings and a glass of wine in the evenings watching gorgeous sunset colors. Kids did a lot of local activities and enjoyed the proximity to Del Mar Heights Mall with delicious food options (cookies, 🍩, ice cream)
Claire and Claude were amazing. Communication was always easy, and prompt and they were kind and warm all the time.
I would be thrilled to come back every year!!
