This adorable town home is just a few steps from the sand and a short walk to Powerhouse Park, Jake's Seafood Restaurant, The Poseidon Restaurant, and the charming town of Del Mar. It is a 10 minute walk to the fairgrounds where the famous Del Mar Races are held in July and August and where the Kaboo Music Festival is held in September. The nearby town of Solana Beach has a great concert venue, The Belly Up, a premier live music venue featuring concerts and events from the entertainment industry. This town home is fully furnished, including washer and dryer, wireless internet, two off street parking spots, and a covered patio, with a small BBQ in the private back yard for dining outside. The back yard is spacious and woodsy, no fake turf here! Some beach amenities will be provided. There is a sunset view from the front balcony where you can sip your favorite beverage and watch the sunset. From the back balcony you can watch the world go by on the train. This place is perfect for anyone looking for a getaway where they can leave all worries behind and where the surf will lull you to sleep. Please note: up to one dog is allowed at the property with an extra $50 pet fee.
