6 blocks from the Del Mar Plaza, and the beach, it offers easy access to downtown Del Mar, the Racetrack, and beaches.

This place was the perfect size and perfect location. Walked to the plaza and Camino del Mar daily and nightly. Nice neighbors. Great Spot
