House was located in close proximity to shopping and eating which was nice. Air conditioning was sufficient. We felt safe in the area we stayed. The houses definitely needs repairs. Some spots on the floor in the kitchen and hallway were soft and parts of the flooring are moved and coming apart. Using the washer and dryer was a little treacherous as the water comes out of a hole in the floor and spills around then goes back in. There’s a mildew smell to the entire house. We won’t stay there again.

Check in was simple, the kitchen was full of items for use, the bathroom was clean, the beds were clean. We did not spend a ton of time at the house but it was clean and comfortable. For my first VRBO rental, it was pleasant!

Spacious and comfortable place to stay. Very responsive and friendly host.

Poor condition of the flooring throughout, especially the shower and the stair edging. Its unconscionable that vinyl flooring was used to overlay obviously sagging, rotten subfloor. The shower floor has proud edges and obvious mold. The aluminum edging on the stairs is sharp and a tripping hazard. Upstairs floors are creaky so downstairs guests are subjected to a loud cacophony of noise from people upstairs. There's a weird locked door that leads to another unit in the downstairs laundry room, and we heard indiscernible thumps.Stocked with dollar store amenities (cheap soap, no sponge in kitchen) and fixtures (hand towel ring that kept falling off its base, a glass shelf that is tilted so items fall off into the sink)No extra blankets, especially for the downstairs where it was cold.

The family stayed here as bookends to a trip to Glacier. No complaints at all

Joe was amazing and did his very best to be a great host. He was super responsive and was willing to try to make our stay the best possible. That being said, the property is old and run down. The renovations that have been made, are not done well. The floor in the kitchen has several “soft” spots like the floor board is rotten. The tile in the shower is all lose and if you’re not steady footed, you need to use caution. The place smells like an old house. The bed linens were fine but not what is shown in the pictures. The dishwasher was full of dishes when we got there and there were hand prints in the fridge. I did a complete kitchen clean when I arrived and wiped up tons of bugs off the door threshold. Joe did clean up the remaining bugs but they were back the next day. This shows much much better in pictures than in real life. The neighbourhood is sketchy and I definitely didn’t feel super safe there. We made the best of it, but as someone who stay in these all the time, this has been my worst experience by far. Way overpriced. I feel duped for sure.
