The place was good, well appointed, lots of beds with firm, comfy, memory foam mattresses. Few homey touches, but perfect for an extended family graduation weekend. Host was great, very responsive and came out to fix faucet right away.

We had an excellent stay at the Garland District home. Not only did our host, Jon, provide excellent communication but was readily available to be of assistance to make sure our stay was most comfortable. The home was well stocked and exactly as described online. Great location for us to get to the convention center where we spent the majority of our time due to a volleyball tournament.Thank you Jon !

Cleanliness was ok, house wasn’t equipped to handle 11 people. There were only 5-6 forks, same with spoons, and cups. We had to buy supplies to make it work with our large group. The location was great and we felt safe. Kitchen stools could definitely be cleaned or replaced, they were very stained and dirty.
