Jeff was a wonderful host and quick with his responses. I loved the house for the most part, my issues had nothing to do with the owner but with the design of the house. The stairs are a little steep for my liking but then again my husband calls me tumblelina because I can fall going upstairs. Jeff had plenty of towels, laundry soap and toilet paper even though I always bring our own just in case but glad I didn't need them. Ok to be honest I think the only thing that needed improvement is maybe a bigger frying pan. But that is only because making scrambled eggs for about 15 guys (not all stayed with us but that's how many I was feeding), I needed something bigger than what was at the house (I was fine because again, I brought my own electric skillet). OMG I almost forgot, when you are laying on the bed on the main floor, if you happen to look up at the vent in the ceiling, do not freak out if you see something moving. I thought one of the guys was upstairs rocking in a rocking chair you know swaying motion. However, the guys were not at the house with me at that time. Turns out the AC kicked in which blew the curtains. We will stay here the next time we are back in Spokane if it is available.

The host was very communicative and always replied promptly. The house was great, very comfortable for our family.Unfortunately it was advertised to have 4 bathrooms but only has two.

Property is great, manager excellent communication , so polite, he was always fast responding and even let us to checking early that normal hrs. the space was big enough for our family get away . love that the day have different spaces to get relax if you want to be in separate rooms , kitchen is not updated king of trick at fist to use the stove , but nothing major , love plus coffee are and condiment as courtesy , but definelly need some changes on pot and pans, back yard need work and not enough siting for larger groups need a out door set . it have a heater and cooling we stay in summer time unfortune the temperature was way to hot on top floor and too cold in downstairs each room have ceiling fans and floor but some of them do not work or need to repair, kind of the scary to fall of the ceilings , in summer time is too hot to sleep in top floor. comfortable beds, extra stuff if you have baby, laundry with every you need, enough towels , everything else is great in general I will give a 4 star review. probably in winter will be better stay in future.
