Newly remodeled 3 bedroom house with room for up to 8 guests. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Large fenced backyard with a grill. Downstairs rec room with a smart tv and foosball. On the main level there is a kid corner in the living room as well as a sitting area. Well equipped kitchen with anything you might need during your stay. Keypad entry for ease of access. Small garage for items such as bikes or a compact vehicle. Very quiet neighborhood!

Outside of dodgy areas of Garland, very comfortable house, no more than 25 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go in Spokane Metro area
