Check in was pretty seamless. Clean and close to plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Host was very quick with responses. Would definitely stay here again.

A great rental for our family of 7. Plenty of room and beds. Quiet neighborhood and great location. Host was very communicative. 2025 - Mattresses are new and good quality / FIRM, so if you are looking for pillowtop, this may not be a good fit (or pack a mattress topper). It was nice having a yard with beautiful green grass and a little table out back to enjoy as well. Enjoyed Silverwood (1 hour drive) as well as Riverside State Park - Bowl & Pitcher area (15 min. drive) during our stay.

Cleanliness was ok, house wasn’t equipped to handle 11 people. There were only 5-6 forks, same with spoons, and cups. We had to buy supplies to make it work with our large group. The location was great and we felt safe. Kitchen stools could definitely be cleaned or replaced, they were very stained and dirty.

We booked this property for 5 nights for a reunion with 9 friends! We couldn’t have been happier with our booking! The host was very communicative, in a swift and detailed manner. The house was spacious, clean, and contained every appliance and we needed for our convenience, as well as extra supplies. We felt especially taken care and thought of during this trip. The comfort this property provided really added to the quality of our trip, and we strongly recommend it for a stay in Spokane!

We chose the Garland modern house because of its great proximity to the local ice arena, restaurants, eclectic shops and nightlife. It’s easy to get to and walkable once you’re there. Being close to Ferguson’s for breakfast is a huge bonus.

Stayed for a month and found the home quite comfortable and adjusted to the home environment well. Liked the parking in the rear, updated interior, and the bathrooms were actually relatively large. The upstairs laundry makes noise in the room directly below, so we turned it in only when leaving the house. The floors creek and are uneven, but it feels cozy in that way. Overall good experience and communication from Owner. Would stay again.

This is a nice spot to sample some of what the Garland District has to offer! The house is nice and the communication with the owner was prompt and thorough, given that some minor servicing was needed on the house while we were there. Very accommodating and good vibes all around.

Stayed here with family for a wedding in the Spokane area. This neighborhood used to be a little rough and not an area I would have normally stayed in. The house got really good reviews and after doing some research about the neighborhood and restaurants/shops in the Garland District, I decided to give it a shot. The house is newly renovated and fit our group of 7 easily (could fit 10 adults with no problem). The alley parking was a huge plus for us. If we need to stay in Spokane again I would definitely look to stay here again!

We (a group of 11) came to Spokane for my younger brother’s wedding. We have many other family members that live in Spokane and this place really did help provide a welcoming environment for all. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean and the host was very responsive. We enjoyed the bbq grill and sitting area in the back. We would definitely stay here again!

This home has everything you need on a family vacation! It's cozy and roomy at the same time. You have everything you need just around the corner. And anything else can be found no more than 10 mins away. My family of 8 likes to cook and this kitchen came equiped with everything you need and plenty of room for all of us to eat together. The Keurig was a big hit with the morning coffee rush lol. Can't wait to visit again!

This was a cute place to stay and conveniently located to everything we needed. We were in town for a family event and space at my parents was limited. This was a great place which had plenty of room and beds for 2 families. The kids enjoyed the upstairs as a place to get away and hang out. Would definitely come back!

When we first got to the property, we were a little scared. The lawn was full of dandelions, there was a junky trunk next door, the sliding patio door did not lock, the screen door was full of holes. The house was pretty clean and well stocked. The dishes had an odor to them so I cleaned the dishwasher filter, did a load of dishes and then they smelled fine. The microwave was dirty and I cleaned that. After that we had a marvelous time. The neighborhood was quiet and the next door neighbor with the old hot rods on his lawn was very friendly. After the lawn was mowed on Saturday it looked better.

House was great. Manager was very responsive to communication. Location was idea for being in Spokane for our ski trip - we snowboarded @ 49 & Silver. The neighbors on either side had multiple cars on their lawns which is hard not to notice, but otherwise the neighborhood was great. Quick walk had a great great view. We come back!

Great little house, well cared for and in a sweet little neighborhood. Sidewalk in front had been cleared of snow and even the snow shovel was left for us, which we ended up using later. Everything we needed was there, well stocked kitchen, bath, laundry etc. Homeowner communicates well and promptly and was very pleasant and helpful. Will return to this property in the future.
