It is also just minutes from nearby neighborhood shopping centers featuring three major grocery stores, numerous restaurants, banks, gas stations and car wash, etc.

Enjoy beautiful sunrises at Golfview Cottage while sipping coffee on your lanai, reading the paper and watching the golfers. When you are ready for a day in the sun, drive your own golf cart to any of the nearby courses or simply walk down to the beautiful neighborhood adult pool. Or, take a short cart ride to the Sterling Heights Recreation Center where you will find a family friendly pool, meeting rooms with planned daily activities, billiards tables as well as bocce ball, shuffleboard and pickleball courts.

With the purchase Resident ID Cards you can use any of the Executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You are also entitled to use of any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1,000 organized activities every week at the numerous recreational centers located throughout The Villages.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.
