Nestled adjacent to the Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve and only one mile to the beach, this charming family home offers a peaceful getaway for vacations of all kinds. Located on a corner lot, you can let the dogs play in the yard or enjoy the coastal air and al fresco from the deck furnished with a patio table and chairs. This spacious abode features a welcoming living area, complete with a flatscreen TV. A full kitchen is equipped with all you need to create your favorite recipes, while a multi-use space presents a kitchenette, a twin futon, a flat-screen TV, a three-person bar, and outdoor access. The main bedroom upstairs has a flatscreen TV is attached to a convenient home office with a private balcony. Added perks include two beach chairs, partial air-conditioning, a dog bed, and high-speed WiFi.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We stayed here for a short sister’s trip. Cute decor and clean! We had everything we needed and the staff was helpful and responsive to questions we had. If you’re a coffee drinker the machine uses ground not pods. Also no AC in twin bedroom but there was a good fan. AC in upstairs and big bedroom. I left something behind and Donna the local rep was so helpful - they shipped it to me quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

I loved the property but am so disappointed how vacas.com handled my email when I told them that my daughter left some of her clothes in the drawer they wanted my credit card in order to give me an answer if they were found. My daughter had some very expensive pants and is so sad that she left them by mistake.

Home is bigger than pictured with 3 decks and spacious living area. Neighbor is quiet and the home was about 2 blocks from the beach, near restaurants and stores. Perfect for our small party of 3 and our dogs.

I stayed with friends over labor day weekend and the listing is exactly as described. The home was nice and clean with all the basics provided. Easy to get into. Close to everything - make sure to go to Congdon Donuts, Bread & Roses, and The Crooked Pine! My only suggestion is to bring an iron.
