About this house rental
Welcome to Judy's Moody! Direct oceanfront on private Moody Beach! Unit #1 is located on the left side of the building when standing in the parking lot. This is one of two units on the property. Unit #1 offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, comfortably sleeping 10 guests. 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the 2nd floor. The 4th bedroom, kitchen, dinning table, living room and 2nd full bathroom are located on the 1st floor. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! Walk out the back door to your yard, patio with seating and then directly onto Moody Beach! Getting your feet in the sand has never been so easy. This location not only allows for private beach access but is just minutes to drive to the local grocery store, and restaurants and shops in either Ogunquit or Wells! You get the best of both worlds and get to experience two of Maines most traveled to beach towns. Linens and towels are included. Outdoor shower is shared with Unit #2, cold water only. Pet friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs. Prior approval for dogs MUST BE GIVEN by Coastline Vacation Rentals with a pet fee of $150/dog. Dogs must be leashed on the beach at all times. Maximum of 4 parking spots for Unit #1. Please do not park in Unit#2 designated parking spots. Washer and Dryer units are shared with Unit#2 and are located outside under the deck.

We’ve been enjoying Moody Beach for the 40 past years. That house that we rent has been part of most of our stays there. Our 4 daughters have grown there. We even gave it a name. So, do we like beeing there? I would say yes with passion and emotion! Thanks to the great staff of Coastline Vacation Rental, we still can make unforgetable memories every time we go. They are good people making their best to make our stay just as perfect as it can be! Just go and enjoy that beautiful beach!

This is our second time at this property and the location can't be beat! The property is a little on the old side but is totally acceptable and excusable for the location. We will definitely return.

Cozy cottage with tons of character. Directly on the beach with a nice outdoor terrace. Windows in the living room to enjoy watching the sun rise with a nice cup of coffee. Close to all things wells. We had such a lovely time we cannot wait to go back.
